RESEARCH PROFILE
As community manager in the Research Support Office (RSO), I'm focusing on:
a) supporting the TU/e institutes (EIRES, EAISI, ICMS, EHCI) to strengthen their communities. Project activities can be either combined for several institutes, but also specific for one.
b) transforming the TU/e research support into a learning organization, looking for synergies and cooperation wherever possible.
I love working at the interface of disciplines, exploring the boundaries of what is possible and pushing them a little bit each time to improve collaboration between specialists.
Creating overview enables insight; joint insight leads to effective cooperation
