RESEARCH PROFILE
N. H. (Nico) Baars was born in Kamerik in the Netherlands, 1988. He received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering in 2010 from HAN university of applied sciences, Arnhem, the Netherlands. In 2013 he received the M.Sc degree in electrical engineering from University of Technology, Eindhoven, the Netherlands, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at the department of Electrical Engineering in the group Electromechanics and Power Electronics (EPE). His research interests include electric drives and high-power converters.
