RESEARCH PROFILE
Sharif Khaleghparast is an enthusiast systems and innovation science researcher and lecturer. His research domains include socio-technical sustainability transition modeling, supply network management and (inter-)organizational learning.
There are at least three schools of thought that need to be considered and exercised by a human being: Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, and Critical Thinking.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Sharif Khaleghparast has graduated cum laude with his master's and bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering at Sharif University of Technology and Iran University of Science and Technology, respectively. His major in both bachelor's and master's studies goes to Socio-economic Systems Engineering, focusing on methodologies and architectures in simulation modeling of the dynamics of different socio-technical systems. He has utilized mixed differential equation systems and agent-based modeling to capture the structural and behavioral complexities of the interfaces in markets, organizations, and supply networks.
