ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Yudong Li received his BEng degree in biomedical engineering from Zhejiang University (China), where he focused on the development of polymeric materials for wound healing, under the supervision of Prof. Ming-Wei Chang. Afterwards, he worked on point-of-care testing for infectious disease detection at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School (USA). Then he started his MRes project at Imperial College London (UK) and worked on the preparation of photoresponsive polymersomes via polymerization-induced self-assembly supervised by Prof. Molly M. Stevens. Currently, he is a PhD candidate at Eindhoven University of Technology, engineering functional polymeric assemblies for nanomedicine under the supervision of Prof. Jan C. M. van Hest & Dr. Loai K. E. A. Abdelmohsen.
