"I participated in the Sweden Autonomous Robot Challenge with a robot that uses image processing to autonomously transport balls or enter a subway train and find an empty seat. These challenges are fun, but also relevant: autonomous robots may one day take part in daily life. I’m proud to say we won the second prize. The world is moving towards artificial intelligence, and most high-paying jobs around the world are in technology. This is an excellent time to enter that field. Studying at TU/e is great because it is aligned with the many tech companies in the area. Everyone speaks English, and the culture is very welcoming. In the future, I’d like to start a business in ICT applications in agriculture."
