Products and services are supplied to end customers through correctly functioning supply chains, which are systems of organizations, resources, people, activities and information. High customer expectations, fast-changing markets, unforeseen events and strong competition are the main challenges that all global supply chains face – but supply chain management has the power to overcome these issues and boost customer service, reduce operating costs and improve the financial standing of companies.
