Integrated photonics will have a major impact in areas such as communications, healthcare, agro-food, and mobility. The market is growing fast and thousands of jobs will be created. TU/e is the place to start a career in this field, with its leading research activities, a fast-growing number of successful spin-offs and the closeby PhotonDelta ecosystem.
Do you want to be part of this future?
Then you should consider the PhotonDelta Fast Career Track program. This program involves TU/e Master students in integrated photonics research and applications, together with researchers and companies active in this field. As a TU/e student enrolled in the Master Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics (track Nano, quantum and photonics), you attend the regular graduate program, choosing two photonics-related electives*. A coach helps you find exciting photonics-related projects for your internship and graduation project, at TU/e, in other universities or in the industry. From day one of your Master, you join our vibrant photonics research community and the student chapter PhE-Photonics Society Eindhoven, with lectures, social events and an annual retreat.
At the end of your Master, we will bring you in contact with companies in the PhotonDelta ecosystem for job opportunities.
